INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We pretty much built NewGrapefruit on a modified "open source" model: that is, it’s a space where creative people are interested in sharing information and details about their process and – upon their invitation – even ask for collaboration or guidance.
Of course, we respect every individualšs right to decide how much or how little they want to share their work (especially one "in progress") with others. This is one reason we encourage everyone to register and commit to our Conditions of Use Policy (see below).
Creative Commons
NewGrapefruit encourages members to use the Creative Commons model to indicate how "open" their work is to sharing or modification. Creative Commons is a nonprofit organization that offers flexible copyright licenses for creative works. You’ll see the following link on many sections of NewGrapefruit.
