COMMUNITY NORMS
1.  The entire NewGrapefruit site is open to anyone, but in order to POST on the site – either work or comments we DO ask that you register as a member is you wish to post your work or any resources. It helps everyone feel more comfortable in sharing information and communicating with each other.
2.  In order to post in any of these areas — either work or comments — you must read and fill out our conditions of use form. This spells out the do’s and don’ts of these posting areas.
3.  Be respectful in your comments to others, AND in what you post. Keep in mind that we welcome people of all ages, affiliations, colors, beliefs when you make your decisions about what you post and how you reply.
4.  We hope you make new creative connections through these discussions, but please keep in mind our boards are designed for group benefit. If you find yourself carrying on a one–to–one give and take with another poster, please consider inviting that person to contact you directly via email to continue the conversation.
5.  We trust you and encourage you to push the envelope within these guidelines! We do not wish to censor any material that’s consistent with the exploratory, playful, positive creativity engendered at NewGrapefruit. But we do have final responsibility for all our members, and do reserve the right to remove anything we deem inappropriate, inconsistent with or contrary to the mission of NewGrapefruit.
6.  Our site is advertisement–free, and we hope we can keep it that way. You’re welcome to endorse any resources, classes, artists with whom you have personal experience, but please confine your advocacy to the appropriate resource areas (such as events and resources), and limit your entries to ones for which you have genuine enthusiasm. You may not endorse your own products or services. The NewGrapefruit.com galleries are designed for you to show your work and check out projects of other members.
